استهدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير الألعاب الإلكترونية على سلوك الأطفال (4 - 6) سنوات من وجهة نظر الأمهات في محافظة حفر الباطن، ومن خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأمهات بمحافظة حفر الباطن.
حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تمت الاستعانة باستخدام أداة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات؛ لأنها تناسب دراستها، وعليه فقد أجرت الباحثة بطريقة عشوائية على (102) من الأمهات بمحافظة حفر الباطن، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها:
1) بينت النتائج أن مفردات عينة الدراسة يرين أنه أحيانًا ما يكون هناك عادات وأنماط لاستخدام الألعاب الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر أمهات أطفال مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بمحافظة حفر الباطن، وتبين من النتائج أن أبرز الفقرات التي جاءت في هذا المحور هي (يقلد طفلي بعض شخصيات الألعاب الإلكترونية، وجدت أثرًا سلبيًا في سلوك طفلي من خلال استخدامه لهذه الألعاب، يستخدم الطفل الألعاب الإلكترونية تقليدًا لإخوته الأكبر سنًا).
2) أشارت النتائج إلى أن مفردات عينة الدراسة يرين أنه أحيانًا ما يكون هناك تأثيرات سلبية للألعاب الإلكترونية على سلوك الأطفال (4 - 6) سنوات من وجهة نظر الأمهات، وتبين من النتائج أن أبرز سلبيات الألعاب الإلكترونية هي (أشعر بأن الألعاب لها أثر كبير في تكوين شخصية الطفل، لا يستطيع طفلي ضبط أعصابه أثناء ممارسة الألعاب الإلكترونية، ألاحظ أن الجلوس في مكان واحد لممارسة الألعاب جعل طفلي كسولًا).
3) أوضحت النتائج أن مفردات عينة الدراسة يرين أنه أحيانًا ما يكون هناك آثار إيجابية من وراء استخدام الأطفال للألعاب الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر الأمهات. وتبين من النتائج أن أبرز إيجابيات الإلكترونية للطفل المتعة والتشويق، الطفل من خلال ممارسته لهذه الألعاب زادت من مهارته التقنية، تكسبه ثقافات وعادات اجتماعية مختلفة).الألعاب الإلكترونية هي (تحقق الألعاب
4) كشفت النتائج عن وجود آثار سلبية للألعاب الإلكترونية على سلوك الأطفال (4 - 6) سنوات من وجهة نظر الأمهات، وبهذه النتيجة نقبل الفروض الأولى، والذي ينص على: "يوجد آثار سلبية للألعاب الإلكترونية على سلوك الأطفال (4 - 6) سنوات من وجهة نظر الأمهات".
5) أشارت النتائج إلى وجود آثار إيجابية للألعاب الإلكترونية على سلوك الأطفال (4 - 6) سنوات من وجهة نظر الأمهات، وبهذه النتيجة نقبل الفرض الثاني، والذي ينص على: وجود آثار إيجابية من وراء استخدام الأطفال للألعاب الإلكترونية.

The results show that the most prominent paragraphs that came in this axis are (my child imitates some electronic game personalities, I found a negative impact on my child's behavior through his use of these toys, the child uses electronic games in a tradition of his older brothers..
-The results indicated that the vocabulary of the study sample shows that sometimes there are negative effects of electronic games on the behavior of children (4-6 years from the point of view of mothers, and the results show that the most prominent negatives of electronic games are (I feel that toys have a great impact on the formation of the child's personality, my child cannot control his nerves while playing electronic games, I notice that sitting in one place to play games made my child lazy.
-The results showed that the vocabulary of the study sample shows that sometimes there are positive effects behind children's use of electronic games from the point of view of mothers. The results showed that the most prominent advantages of electronic games are (the child's electronic games achieve pleasure and suspense, the child through his practice of these games has increased his technical skill, gaining him different cultures and social habits.
