هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن معوقات استخدام منصة مايكروسوفت تيمز "Microsoft Teams" أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة حفر الباطن.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، طبقت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات من العينة، حيث كان مجتمع الدراسة عبارة عن معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة حفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية، كما بلغت عينة الدراسة (111) معلمة.
أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : أن معلمات الرياضيات بمحافظة حفر الباطن يواجهن معوقات تدريسية وفنية وإدارية في استخدام منصة مايكروسوفت تيمز "Microsoft Teams" أثناء جائحة كورونا، وأبرز المعوقات التدريسية تمثلت في تسرب الطالبات خلال الحصة في الفصل الافتراضي دون استئذان المعلمة، وأن نتائج الاختبارات الالكترونية لا تعكس المستوى الحقيقي للطالبات، وأبرز المعوقات الإدارية والفنية تمثلت في الأعطال الفنية والتقنية الطارئة على المنصة، وضعف شبكات الانترنت يحول دون المشاركة الفاعلة خلال الدروس في الفصول الافتراضية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة حول المعوقات التدريسية والفنية والإدارية تعزى إلى سنوات الخدمة لصالح من لديهم خبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات.
وبناء على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بضرورة توفير الأدوات والأجهزة والبرمجيات الخاصة باستخدام منصة مايكروس وفت تيمز في التعليم الإلكتروني، والعمل على تطوير برامج إعداد المعلمات للتوافق مع متطلبات التدريس الإلكتروني، ونشر ثقافة أهمية وفاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني بين المعلمات والطالبات وأولياء الأمور، وإعداد دورات تدريبية للمعلمات لتنمية كفاياتهن وفي تصميم الدروس والأنشطة وأدوات التقويم الإلكترونية، المستخدمة في المنصات الإلكترونية في التعليم.

The current research seeks to reveal the obstacles to using the Microsoft Teams platform during the Corona pandemic from the point of view of middle school mathematics teachers in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the research, the research employed the descriptive analytical method, through the use of the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data from the respondents. Where the research community consisted of middle school mathematics teachers in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, Saudi Arabia, and the research sample amounted to (111) female teachers. The research reached several results, the most important of which is that mathematics teachers in Hafr Al-Batin governorate face teaching, technical and administrative obstacles in using the Microsoft Teams platform during the Corona pandemic. The research also found that the most prominent teaching difficulties were the students dropping out during the class in the virtual class without the teacher's permission, and that the results of the electronic tests did not reflect the real level of the students. In addition, the research concluded that the most prominent administrative and technical obstacles were represented in the technical and technical malfunctions on the platform, and the weakness of the Internet networks prevents active participation during the lessons in the virtual classes. Moreover, the research found that there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members about the teaching, technical and administrative obstacles that are attributed to the years of service in favor of those who have experience of more than 10 years . Based on the findings of the research, the researcher recommended the necessity of providing tools, hardware and software for using the Microsoft Teams platform in e-learning, working on developing teacher preparation programs to comply with E-learning requirements, spreading a culture of the importance and effectiveness of E-learning among teachers, students and parents, and preparing courses Training for teachers to develop their competencies in designing lessons, activities and electronic assessment tools, used in electronic platforms in education.
