يهدف البحث الى التعرف على دور المديرة ودور رياض الأطفال في تنمية التربية الأخلاقية للطفل ومدى أهمية رياض الأطفال كحلقة وصل بين البيت والمدرسة ومعرفة الإمكانيات والوسائل المتوفرة في رياض الأطفال التي تساعد في تنمية التربية الأخلاقية.
وتكمن أهمية البحث في تسليط الضوء على مرحلة ذات إسهام عميق في تنشئة الأطفال وتنمية القيم لديهم ومساعدة المعلمين والمرشدين في الأساليب الصحيحة والسوية لتنمية التربية الأخلاقية ومساعدة أصحاب الروضات في تطوير إمكانيات روضاتهم وزيادة كفاءتها.
قامت الدراسة في مدينة الجبيل وكان مجتم ع الدراسة معلمات رياض الأطفال والبالغ عددهن 228 معلمة وتم اختيار العينة بشكل عشوائي وبلغ عدد العينة 135 معلمة.
وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أهمية دور المربي في تنمية التربية الأخلاقية، وارتفاع مستوى دور الإدارة ومعلمات رياض الأطفال في تنمية التربية الأخلاقية، وتوصي الباحثة على عمل أنشطة جماعية لتمنية التربية الأخلاقية واستخدام أساليب محسوسة في تنمية التربية الاخلاقية و إقامة ورش لتطوير مهارات المعلمات في الكشف عن التربية الأخلاقية وتمنيتها.

The research aims to identify the role of the principal and the role of the kindergarten in the development of moral education for the child and the extent of the importance of the kindergarten as a link between the home and the school and to know the possibilities and means available in the kindergarten that help in the development of moral education.

The study was conducted in the city of Jubail, and the study population was kindergarten teachers, amounting to 228 teachers. The sample was chosen randomly, and the sample number was 135 teachers. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire, and the results reached to the importance of the role of the educator in the development of moral education, and the high level of the role of the administration and kindergarten teachers in the development of moral education.
