هدف البحث الحالي لتشخيص دور استخدام الكوبونات التعليمية في دعم تمويل مؤسسات التعليم العام، وتشخيص دورها في تطوير البيئة التعليمية في مؤسسات التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، اعتمادا على استبانة أعدتها الباحثة لهذا الغرض، وتكونت عينة البحث من (85) فردا من مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
وتوصل البحث لعدة نتائج، من أبرزها : حصول إجمالي محاور البحث على متوسط حسابي قيمته (4.08) ودرجة موافقة عالية، وحصول عبارات محور (دور استخدام الكوبونات التعليمية في دعم تمويل مؤسسات التعليم العام) على متوسط حسابي قيمته (4.09) ودرجة موافقة عالية، وحصول عبارات محور (دور استخدام الكوبونات التعليمية في تطوير البيئة التعليمية) على متوسط حسابي قيمته (4.04) ودرجة موافقة عالية.
وبناء على هذه النتائج فقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق وزارة التعليم العمل بالكوبونات التعليمية باعتبارها إحدى صيغ تمويل التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وبديلا مهما لتمويل التعليم العام في المملكة، كما أوصت بأهمية اعتماد صيغة الكوبونات التعليمية لما لها من دور في توفير تعليم ذي جودة ونوعية عالية، وتحسين أداء مدارس التعليم العام بشكل عام ؛ لتكون هدفا للطلاب في حال تطبيق هذه الصيغة التمويلية الحديثة.

The current research aimed to diagnose the role of using educational coupons in supporting the financing of public education institutions, and to diagnose the role of using educational coupons in developing the educational environment in public education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, based on a questionnaire prepared by the researcher for this purpose, and the research sample consisted of (85) male and female principals of secondary schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The total research axes obtained an arithmetic mean value (4.08) and a high degree of approval. And the axis phrases (the role of the use of educational coupons in supporting the financing of public education institutions) obtained an arithmetic average of (4.09) and a high degree of approval. Based on these results, the study recommended the necessity for the Ministry of Education to implement educational coupons as one of the forms of public education financing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and an important alternative to financing public education in the Kingdom.
