هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر معايير الترخيص الأمريكي لدى القيادات المدرسية للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن، واتخذت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي سبيلا للكشف عن تلك المعايير والمؤشرات، واستخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا استخدمت الباحثة التكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه واختبار شيفيه واختبار "ت"، وتكونت الاستبانة من (41) عبارة عكست معايير الترخيص الأمريكي (ISLLC) وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (325) معلم ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن.
نتائج الدراسة : أن معايير الترخيص الأمريكي لدى القيادات المدرسية للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن متوافرة بدرجة عالية، وكان أعلى المعايير من حيث درجة التوافر هو معيار القيادة السياسية وبدرجة توافر عالية، يليه في الترتيب الثان معيار القيادة الأخلاقية وبدرجة توافر عالية، وفي الترتيب الثالث جاء معيار القيادة التنظيمية وبدرجة توافر عالية، وفي الترتيب الرابع جاء معيار القيادة التعليمية وبدرجة توافر عالية، وفي الترتيب الخامس معيار القيادة الحكيمة وبدرجة توافر متوسطة، وفي الترتيب السادس والأخير معيار القيادة التعاونية وبدرجة توافر متوسطة.
توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر معايير الترخيص الأمريكي لدى القيادات المدرسية للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن فيما يتعلق بالدرجة الكلية للمعايير ترجع لاختلاف النوع، والفروق لصالح الإناث، توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر معايير الترخيص الأمريكي لدى القيادات المدرسية للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن فيما يتعلق بالدرجة الكلية للمعايير ترجع لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي لصالح ذوي المؤهل الجامعي، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر معايير الترخيص الأمريكي لدى القيادات المدرسية للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة حفر البا طن فيما يتعلق بالدرجة الكلية للمعايير ترجع لاختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة.
توصيات الدراسة :
-تنمية القيادات المدرسية مهنيا بمعياري القيادة الحكيمة والتعاونية التي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة ؛ بإكسابهم أساليب بناء الخطة الاستراتيجية ومتابعتها وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات بما يسهم إيجابيا في تعليم الطلبة وبناء شراكات مثمرة مع المجتمع ومشاركتهم في اتخاذ القرارات مما يعزز ميثاق الشراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة.
-تصنيف المدارس في التعليم العام للبنين والبنات إلى مستويات حسب أدائها وفق معايير الترخيص الأمريكية بهدف رفع تحصيل الطلاب الدراسي وملاحظة أداء المدرسة على جميع المدارس الحكومية.
This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of American licensing standards for secondary school leaders in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate. The study took the descriptive approach as a way to reveal those criteria and indicators, and used the questionnaire to collect data and information. To treat the data statistically, the researcher used frequencies, percentages, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe test and "t" test. The questionnaire consisted of (41) phrases that reflected the American Licensing Standards (ISLLC) and were applied to a sample of (325) male and female teachers in secondary schools in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate, and the results of the study reached:
-The American licensing standards for secondary school leaders in Hafar Al-Batin governorate are highly available, and the highest standards in terms of availability were the political leadership standard with a high degree of availability, followed by the moral leadership standard with a high degree of availability, and in the third place came the organizational leadership standard with a high degree of availability, and in the fourth rank came the standard of educational leadership with a high degree of availability, and in the fifth rank was the criterion of wise leadership with a medium availability, and in the sixth and last rank came the standard of cooperative leadership with a medium degree of availability.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the responses of the study sample members about the degree of availability of the American licensing standards for the secondary school leaders in Hafr Al-Batin governorate with regard to the total degree of the standards due to the difference of gender, and the differences in favor of females. There are statistically significant differences at the 0.01 significance level in the responses of the study sample members on the degree of availability of American licensing standards for secondary school leaders in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate with regard to the total degree of standards due to the difference in educational qualifications in favor of those with university qualifications. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members about the degree of availability of American licensing standards for secondary school leaders in Hafar Al-Batin governorate with regard to the total degree of standards due to the difference in the number of experience years.
Main recommendations:
-Developing school leaders professionally according to the standards of wise and cooperative leadership, which came to a medium degree; By providing them with methods of building the strategic plan, following it up, and analyzing data and information in a way that contributes positively to students' education, building fruitful partnerships with the community, and their participation in decision-making, which strengthens the partnership charter between the school and the family.
-Classifying schools in general education for boys and girls into levels according to their performance in accordance with American licensing standards with the aim of raising students' academic achievement and observing the school's performance on all public schools.
