هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع استخدام استراتيجية النمذجة مع طلاب التربية الفكرية من وجهة نظر معلميهم في مدارس محافظة حفر الباطن، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وأعد البحث استبانة موجهة إلى معلمي التربية الفكرية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (98) معلما، بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة من (61) معلما، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج لواقع استخدام استراتيجية النمذجة من أهمها : قيام المعلم بتقديم التغذية الراجعة الفورية
للطلاب أثناء تنفيذ الاستراتيجية جاءت بدرجة عالية في مجال المعلم، وأيضا استخدام الطلاب أساليب التعزيز فيما بينهم أثناء تنفيذ استراتيجية النمذجة جاءت بدرجة عالية في مجال الطالب، وكما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح حملة البكالوريوس، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح أقل من 5 سنوات ومن 5-10 سنوات، وأيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى
متغير الدورات التدريبية، وحيث ظهرت أهم المعوقات في تطبيق استراتيجية النمذجة بعدم جاهزية الفصول الدراسية بالوسائل التعليمية المساعدة جاءت بدرجة عالية، وقد أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات من أبرزها عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمي بهدف تدريبهم على استخدام أساليب التقويم المتنوعة بصورة فعالة عند استخدام استراتيجية النمذجة، وأيضا تطوير المناهج الدراسية الخاصة بطلاب التربية الفكرية من قبل واضعي المناهج الدراسية بما يساعد على مواكبة التطورات الحديثة في هذا المجال، وكذلك توفير الأجهزة الحديثة داخل الفصول بهدف تنفيذ استراتيجية النمذجة بصورة جيدة.

The study aimed to discover the reality of using the modeling strategy with students of intellectual education from the point of view of their teachers in the schools of Hafr Al-Batin Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the researcher prepared a questionnaire for the teachers of intellectual education. The study community consisted of (98) teachers whereas the study sample consisted of (61) teachers.
The study reached several results such as: doing the instant feedback for the students by the teacher during carrying out the strategy came at a high degree in the field of the teacher.
Also, using the reinforcement techniques among students during implementing the strategy came at a high degree in the field of the student. There are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of academic qualification for the bachelor holders.
Moreover, there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of years of service for less than 5 years and from 5-10 years.
In addition, there aren't statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of training courses.
The most important obstacles during carrying out the modeling strategy and came at a high degree were that the classes are not equipped with educational teaching aids.
The researcher recommended many recommendations such as: holding training courses for the teachers in order to be trained about using the various evaluation techniques effectively during the use of modeling strategy
Also, developing the curriculum of intellectual education students by the curriculum makers in order to cope with the modern developments in this field. In addition, providing modern devices in classes aiming at carrying out the modeling strategy well.
