يهدف البحث إلى قياس أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة على إنتاجية العمل في شركة موبايلي وللدور المهم الذي تؤديه شركة موبايلي مع المشغلين الاخرين في المملكة حيث حصلت شركة موبايلي على رضى أغلبية فئات المجتمع من خلال انتشارها الواسع في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويسعى البحث للإجابة عن السؤال التالي : ما هو تأثير إدارة الجودة على إنتاجية العمل في شركة موبايلي ؟.
