هدف البحث الكشف عن درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية للكفايت التدريسية في مدارس دولة الكويت، في ضوء بعض المتغيرات كالجنس، والمرحلة الدراسية والخبرة التدريسية، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث ثم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (257) معلما ومعلمة في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية، ثم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع البحث، وبلغت نسبتهم (16.1 %) من مجموع مجتمع البحث البالغ (1601) معلما ومعلمة للغة العربية للكفايات التدريسية في مدارس دولة الكويت جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة على الأداء ككل، وعلى مجالات الاستبانة الثلاثة وهي (الكفايات المعرفية، والكفايات الأدائية، والكفايات الشخصية والاجتماعية)، وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث نحو الكفايات التدريسية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمرحلة الدراسية، والخبرة التدريسية، وبناء على النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث يوصي الباحث بما يلي :
وضع بعين الاعتبار مجالات البحث الحالي وما تضمنه من كفايات تدريسية في إعداد مقترح أو برنامج تدريبي لمعلمي اللغة العربية، الاعتماد على الكفايات التدريسية في تقويم أداء معلمي اللغة العربية في المراحل الدراسية الثلاث، وتوجيه وحث أصحاب القرار والقائمين على إعداد المعلمين قبل ممارستهم عملية التدريس وفي أثناء عملية التدريس لاتباع الاتجاهات الحديثة في إعداد المعلمين قبل ممارستهم عملية التدريس وفي أثناء عملية التدريس لاتباع الاتجاهات الحديثة في إعداد المعلمين وأن يتخطو المهارات التقليدية في التدريس، وتأهيلهم لكل ما هو حديث، والاهتمام بالتطوير الدائم في العملية التعليمية وتعزيز الكفايات التدريسية بشكل أكبر، وتقبل كل جديد، وإجراء مزيد من الدراسات لدرجة امتلاك الكفايات التدريسية وإجراء مزيد من الدراسات لدرجة امتلاك الكفايات التدريسية (المعرفية، والأدائية، والشخصية والاجتماعية) في التخصصات الأخرى ويقترح الباحث الآتي :
وضع محكات دقيقة ومعايير علمية لمن يرغب في ممارسة التدريس، وذلك عبر اختبارات شاملة قبل ممارسة عملية التدريس تهدف لقياس مدى امتلاكهم للكفايات التدريسية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس، وعمل خطة لتهيئة المعلمين لممارسة الاتجاهات الحديثة في التدريس والتي قد تستخدم في المستقبل في عملية التدريس.
The research aimed to reveal the degree of Arabic language teachers' possession of teaching competencies in the schools of the State of Kuwait, in the light of some variables such as gender, school stage, and teaching experience. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. They were chosen by stratified random method from the research community, and their percentage was (16.1%) of the research community of (1601) male and female teachers of the Arabic language in the Capital education area, the results showed that the degree of Arabic language teachers' possession of the teaching competencies in the schools of the State of Kuwait came with a high degree of appreciation on the tool as a whole, and on the three areas of the questionnaire: (cognitive competencies, performance competencies, personal and social competencies), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses The research sample members towards teaching competencies attributed to the variables of gender, school stage, and teaching experience, based on the findings of the research The researcher will: Taking into account the current and the teaching costs involved in preparing a training proposal for Arabic language teachers, relying on teaching competencies in teacher evaluation, and directing and urging decision-makers and those responsible for preparing information before starting the process of interpretation and teaching process to follow the modern in preparing teachers and to go beyond traditional skills in teaching , qualifying them for everything that is modern, drawing and permanent implementation in education, enhancing teaching competencies more, accepting all new, more studies, owning teaching competencies (cognitive, performance, personal, other specializations, The researcher suggests the following: setting accurate criteria and scientific standards for those who wish to practice teaching, through comprehensive tests before practicing the teaching process, aiming to measure the extent of their possession of teaching competencies and their attitudes towards the teaching profession, and making a plan to prepare teachers to practice modern trends in teaching that may be used in the future in the process of teaching.
