هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية على تنمية مهارة الاستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة
في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر أوليا ء الأمور، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت أداة الدراسة هي الاستبيان، بينما تكون مجتمع الدراسة من أولياء الأمور بعض طلاب في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة ؛ وعددهم "322" من الفئات المستهدفة للدراسة، توصلت الدراسة الحالية لعدة نتائج ما يلي :
1-أن تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية على تنمية المهارات اللغوية في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة ، جاءت بمتوسط حسابي وقدرة (3.3) وانحراف معياري وقدره (1.2) ونسبة مئوية وقدرها 66%.
2-أن متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة نحو دور تأثير تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية على مهارة الكتابة في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور ، جاءت بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.2)، ونسبة مئوية 63%.
3-أن متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة نحو دور تأثير تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية على مهارة القراءة في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، جاءت بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.5)، ونسبة مئوية 70%.
4-أن متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة نحو دور تأثير تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية على مهارة التحدث في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور جاءت بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.2) ونسبة مئوية 65%.
5-أن متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة نحو دور تأثير تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية على مهارة الاستماع في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، جاءت بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.1)، ونسبة مئوية 65%.
التوصيات : توعية الآباء بأهمية تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية لما لها دور فعالا في حياتنا اليومية حاليا، والاهتمام بتنمية قدرات الأطفال على الحفظ الصحيح للحروف واتقانها وكتابتها، وتشجيع الأطفال على اتقان اللغة الإنجليزية من خلال الدروس التي تضمن ألعاب وحركات تفاعلية، وتشجيع الأطفال على ممارسة النطق لبعض الكلمات اللغة الإنجليزية والتكلم، والاهتمام برغبة وميول الأطفال لتعلم اللغة الإنجليزية ويتمثل ذلك ف الاهتمام بأنشطة الكتاب المدرسي وترديد الأناشيد مع فهمها والتحدث ببعض الكلمات المتداولة.

The study aimed to identify the impact of learning English on listening skill in early childhood from the point of view of parents, and to identify the impact of learning English on speaking skill in early childhood from the point of view of parents, and to identify the impact of learning English language on the reading skill in early childhood from the parents' point of view, and to identify the impact of learning English on writing skill in early childhood from the parents' point of view. Matters some students in international kindergartens within the city of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Their number is "322" from the target groups for the study. The current study reached several results as follows:
1. Learning English on developing language skills in early childhood came with an arithmetic mean and ability (3.3), standard deviation and ability (1.2), and a percentage of 66%.
2. The average responses of the study community members towards the impact of English language learning on writing skill in early childhood from the parents' point of view came with an arithmetic mean of (3.2), and a percentage of 63%.
3. The average responses of the study community members towards the role of the impact of learning the English language on the reading skill in early childhood stage from the parents' point of view, came with an arithmetic mean of (3.5), and a percentage of 70%.
4.The averages of the responses of the study community members towards the impact of English language learning on speaking skill in early childhood from the parents' point of view came with an arithmetic mean of (3.2) and a percentage of 65%.
5.The average responses of the study community members towards the impactof English language learning on listening skill in early childhood from the parents' point of view came with an arithmetic mean of (3.1), and a percentage of 65%.
Recommendations: Educating parents about the importance of learning the English language because it has an effective role in our daily life today, and paying attention to developing children's abilities to memorize the correct letters, mastering and writing them, and encouraging children to master the English language through lessons that include interactive games and movements, and encouraging children to practice pronunciation of some words The English language and speaking, and paying attention to the desire and tendencies of children to learn the English language.
