استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة مستوى وعي معلمات رياض الأطفال في اكتشاف الطفل الموهوب، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي ، وقد طبقت استبانة مكونة من جزأين :
الأول تضمن المعلومات الأولية لمعلمات العينة ومدى مستوى وعي معلمات رياض الأطفال في اكتشاف الموهبة لدى أطفال مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة وشملت (15) عبارة، والثان تضمن معوقات اكتشاف الموهبة بالنسبة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وشملت (13) عبارة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (166) معلمة لرياض الأطفال، تم اختيارهن بطريقة العينة العشوائية، واستخدم في تحليل البيانات المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحراف المعياري، والنسب المئوية، وتوصلت النتائج إلى ارتفاع مستوى وعي معلمات رياض الأطفال في اكتشاف الطفل الموهوب، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج توصي الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، من أبرزها : تضمين برامج تدريبية في برنامج التطوير المهني للمعلم تتعلق بالتعرف على الموهوبين ورعايتهم ، حرص معلمات رياض الأطفال على تقديم توصية في ملف الطفل عند تخرجه من مرحلة رياض الأطفال تحوي على اهتمامات الطفل ومواهبة.

The study aimed to reveal the level of awareness of kindergarten teachers in discovering the gifted child, using the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of two parts was applied: the first included the initial information of the sample teachers and the extent of the level of awareness of kindergarten teachers in discovering talent among pre-school children and included (15 ) phrases, and the second included obstacles to discovering talent for kindergarten teachers and included (13) phrases and the study sample consisted of (166) kindergarten teachers, who were chosen by the random sampling method, and used in analyzing the data arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and percentages, And the results showed a high level of awareness of kindergarten teachers in discovering the gifted child, Among the recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Inclusion of training programs in the teacher's professional development program related to identifying and caring for the gifted. Kindergarten teachers were keen to submit a recommendation in the child's file upon graduation from kindergarten that contains the child's interests and talents.
