استهدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية واتخاذ القرار المهني لدى عينة من طلبة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة حفر الباطن، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة حفر الباطن في العام 1443 ه، وقامت الباحثة باختيار عينة طبقية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة مكونة من (250) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، والتي تكونت من (125) طالبا، و(125) طالبة، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية من إعداد حمد (2020 م(، ومقياس اتخاذ القرار المهني من إعداد السواط (2009)، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة حفر الباطن كانت بمتوسط (3.590)، أي بدرجة كبيرة، وأن مستوى اتخاذ القرار المهني لدى طلبة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة حفر الباطن كانت بمتوسط (2.3919)، أي بدرجة كبيرة، وأنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة متوسطة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين الكفاءة الذاتية واتخاذ القرار المهني لدى طلبة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة حفر الباطن، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى(α=0.05) في الكفاءة الذاتية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس والتخصص( لدى طلبة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة حفر الباطن، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) في اتخاذ القرار المهني تعزى لمتغير (الجنس والتخصص) لدى طلبة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة حفر الباطن.

The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between self-efficacy and professional decision-making among a sample of high school students in Hafr Al-Batin governorate. A stratified representative of the study community consisting of (250) male and female students from the secondary stage, which consisted of (125) male students and (125) female students. The researcher relied on the self efficacy scale prepared by Hamad (2020 AD), and the professional decision making scale prepared by Al-Sawat (2009), and the results of the study indicated that the level of self-efficacy among high school students in Hafr Al-Batin was at an average of (3.590), that is, to a large degree, and that the level of professional decision-making among high school students in Hafr Al-Batin was at an average of (2.3919), i.e. Significantly, and that there is a positive, medium, and statistically significant correlation at the level (0.01) between self-efficacy and professional decision-making among high school students in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, while there are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) in self efficacy due to the variable (gender and specialization) among high school students in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) in professional decision-making due to the variable (gender and specialization) among high school students in Hafr Al-Batin.
