هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه إدارات مدارس الأبناء الثانوية بمدينة الملك خالد العسكرية.
واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للدراسة، وتكون مجتمعها من المشرفين التربويين ومديري مدارس الأبناء الثانوية بمدينة الملك خالد العسكرية.
وبلغت عينتها (40) مفردة.
وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، كما تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية :
1.أن أفراد مجتمع الدراسة يرون أن المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه الإدارات المدرسية بمدارس الأبناء الثانوية بمدينة الملك خالد العسكرية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.90 من 5)، وانحراف معياري (0.791)
2.عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول جميع أبعاد المشكلات الإدارية باختلاف متغير طبيعة العمل.
3.وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول (البعد الأول : المشكلات التي تتعلق بالتخطيط، البعد الثاني : المشكلات التي تتعلق بالتوجيه، البعد الثالث : المشكلات التي تتعلق بالتنظيم، البعد الرابع : المشكلات التي تتعلق بالرقابة، البعد الخامس : المشكلات التي تتعلق بالتقويم، محور المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه مدارس الأبناء الثانوية بمدينة الملك خالد العسكرية ككل) باختلاف متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، وتبين أن الفروق
لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة التي عدد سنوات خبرتهم من 5 سنوات إلى 10 سنوات.
4.أن أفراد مجتمع الدراسة يوافقون بدرجة متوسطة على المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه الإدارات المدرسية بمتوسط حسابي (3.33) وانحراف معياري (1.005) وقد حصلت فقرة المتعلقة بتوظيف التكنولوجيا في تطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة على أعلى متوسط بلغ (3.55).
وبناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أوصت بالآتي :
1.العمل باللوائح والأنظمة الإدارية وضرورة تواجدها لدى كل المعنيين وتنفيذها.
2.تحديد مهام المشرفين التربويين ومديري ووكلاء مدارس الأبناء الثانوية بمدينة الملك خالد العسكرية وترتيبها حسب الأولوية.
3.تفعيل التواصل مع أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي واستثمار جهود مؤسساته الأهلية.

The current study aims to identify the administrative problems facing the administrations of Al-Abna secondary schools in King Khalid Military City. The study method adopted is the descriptive analytical method. The study population consists of educational supervisors and principals of Al-Abna secondary schools in King Khalid Military City, and the study sample consists of (40) individuals. The questionnaire was used as a study tool. The SPSS statistical package program was also used. The study reaches the following results:
1. The members of the study population see that the administrative problems facing school administrations in Al-Abna secondary schools in King Khalid Military City is of a medium degree, with an arithmetic mean of 2.90 out of 5, and a standard deviation of 0.791.
2. There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 or less in the attitudes of the study sample members about all dimensions of administrative problems according to the nature of work variable.
3. There are statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 or less in the attitudes of the study sample members about the following dimensions: the first dimension that relates to problems related to planning, the second dimension discussing the problems related to guidance, the third dimension that discusses problems related to organization, the fourth dimension discussing the problems related to supervision, and the fifth dimension related to the problems related to evaluation, the center of the administrative problems facing Al-Abna secondary schools in King Khalid Military City as a whole) according to the number of years of experience variable. It was found that the differences were in favor of the study sample whose number of years of experience ranged from 5 years to 10 years.
4. The members of the study population agree to a moderate degree on the proposals necessary to confront the administrative problems facing school administrations with an arithmetic mean of 3.33 and a standard deviation of 1.005. The part related to the use of technology in developing the performance of the school administration obtained the highest average of 3.55.
Based on the findings of the study, it recommends the following:
1. Working with the administrative regulations and systems and the necessity of their presence among all concerned and their implementation.
2. Determining the tasks of the educational supervisors, directors and agents of the Al-Abna secondary schools in King Khalid Military City and arranging them in order of priority.
3. Activating communication with parents and the local community and investing the efforts of its civil institutions.
