هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن دور القصة المصورة في تنمية مهارات التفاوض لدى طفل الروضة.
واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (155) معلمة في مرحلة رياض الأطفال في الروضات الحكومية والأهلية في محافظة حفر الباطن، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة استبانة تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها وتكونت من (34) فقرة موزعة على محورين رئيسيين هما: دور القصة المصورة في تنمية مهارات التفاوض لدى طفل الروضة، أهمية القصة المصورة في تنمية مهارات التفاوض، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن للقصة دور مرتفع في تنمية مهارات التفاوض، وأن القصة المصورة مهمة وبشكل مرتفع في تنمية مهارات التفاوض، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تضمين مهارات التفاوض بشكل فعال ضمن مناهج رياض الأطفال.

The study aimed to reveal the role of the illustrated story in developing the negotiation skills of the kindergarten child. The study sample included 155 kindergarten teachers in government and private kindergartens in Hafr Al-Batin governorate.
The study adopted the descriptive approach.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that was verified, her honesty and stability and consisted of 34 paragraphs distributed over two main axes : The role of the illustrated story in developing the negotiation skills of the kindergarten child, the importance of the storyboard in developing negotiation skills.
The results of the study concluded that the illustrated story has a high role in developing negotiation skills. The illustrated story is highly important in developing negotiation skills.
The study recommended that negotiation skills should be included effectively in kindergarten curricula.
