هدفت الدراسة إلى التعريف بالقيادة بالحب كمدخل تنظيمي لتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طفل الروضة في محافظة حفر الباطن، وتحديد أثر مستوى القيادة بالحب في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طفل الروضة بمحافظة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات، وهدفت أيضا للكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة لمستوى القيادة بالحب في رياض الأطفال بمحافظة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة : نوعية الروضة، والوظيفة الحالية في الروضة، وعدد سنوات الخدمة في الروضة.
واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت استبانة على عينة بلغ قوامها (170) مديرة ومعلمة بمدارس رياض الأطفال، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج ومن أبرزها الآتي : أن مستوى القيادة بالحب في رياض الأطفال بمحافظة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات قد جاء بمستوى (عال)، كما أن مستوى تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طفل الروضة بمحافظة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات قد جاء بمستوى (عال) أيضا، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01 ≥a) لمستوى القيادة بالحب في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طفل الروضة بمحافظة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات بصفة عامة.
وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات، منها حث مديرات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة حفر الباطن على انتهاج القيادة بالحب في تعاملهن مع منسوبات رياض الأطفال، وتحقيق مشاركة جميع منسوبات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة حفر الباطن في كل ما يتعلق بخدمة المجتمع، والشراكة المجتمعية.

The study aimed to introduce leadership with love as an organizational approach to developing the values of citizenship for a kindergarten child in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, and to determine the effect of the level of leadership with love in developing the values of citizenship for a kindergarten child in Hafr Al-Batin governorate from the point of view of the female leaders' individuals, the female leaders and the informant also responded to the differences in The sample of the level of leadership with love in kindergartens in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate from the point of view of the leaders and teachers is attributed to the study variables: the quality of the kindergarten, the current job in the kindergarten, and the number of years of service in the kindergarten. The study used the descriptive approach with its two types, survey and correlation, and a questionnaire was applied to sample of ( 170 ) leaders and teachers in kindergarten schools. It came at a high level and the level of development of citizenship values for a kindergarten child in Hafr Al- Batin Governorate from a point of view of teachers and leaders. The study also found a statistically significant effect at the level ( 0.01 )for the level of leadership with love in developing the values of citizenship for kindergarten child in Hafr Al Batin Governorate from the point of view of leaders and teachers in general .
The study recommended several recommendations, including urging the kindergarten leaders in Hafr Al Batin to follow leadership with love in their dealings with kindergarten staff ,and Achieving the participation of all kindergartens staff in Hafr Al Batin Governorate in everything related to community service and community partnership.
