تعد مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من أهم المراحل العمرية التي مر بها الإنسان وتؤثر في تشكيل خبراته، واكتسابه للمفاهيم والمهارات المختلفة، لتنمية جوانب النمو في شخصيته على نحو متكامل، فهي مرحلة تأسيس وتعلم وبناء، وهي مرحلة خصبة لتنمية الاستعداد للنمو اللغوي، ولإعداد الأطفال ليكونوا أفرادا فاعلين ومؤثرين في مجتمعاتهم، فالأطفال هم ثروة الحاضر وأمل المستقبل لذلك يجب أن يتم التركيز على اختيار استراتيجيات التعليم لرياض الأطفال التي تتلاءم معهم ومع احتياجاتم، هناك العديد من الاستراتيجيات التي قد تتداخل فيما بينها لذلك فإن المعلم الجيد هو الذي يضع خطة متداخلة من الاستراتيجيات التي تناسب الطفل حيث تساعد استراتيجيات التعلم والتعليم الأطفال على تحسين تفكيرهم النقدي، وحل المشكلات التي يوجهونها واتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بحياتهم وتنمية اتجاهاتهم الإيجابية نحو بيئتهم وعالمهم هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد أهم استراتيجيات تعلم الأطفال وتعليمهم الشائعة من وجهة نظر معلمات الطفولة المبكرة واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق استبانة إلكترونية على عينة قوامها "280" من معلمات الطفولة المبكرة بمدينة حفر الباطن وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة : جاءت المتوسطات الحسابية للمحاور الخمسة المتعلقة بتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على محاور الدراسة حول رأيهم في مدى ممارسة معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة حفر الباطن لاستراتيجيات التعليم النشط تراوحت بين (2.00 و2.17) وهي درجة أحيانا وجاءت استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة حول المحور الثالث استراتيجية الأركان التعليمية في المرتبة الأولى ضمن درجة الموافقة حسب تقديرات عينة الدراسة، ويليه استراتيجية تقييم الأقران، ويليه استراتيجية حوض السمك، ويليه استراتيجية العصف الذهني، ويليه استراتيجية القبعات الست للتفكير وجميعها جاءت ضمن الدرجة أحيانا حسب ما أشارت إليه المتوسطات الحسابية، واقترحت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لزيادة مماسة معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة حفر الباطن لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط .

Early childhood is one of the most important age stages that a person goes through and affects the formation of his experiences, and his acquisition of different concepts and skills, to develop aspects of growth in his personality in an integrated way, it is a stage of foundation, learning and building, a fertile stage to develop the readiness for linguistic growth, and to prepare children to be active and influential individuals in their communities. Children are the wealth of the present and the hope of the future so the focus must be on choosing education strategies for kindergartens that suit them and their needs, there are many strategies that suit them. They may overlap, so it's a good teacher who develops an overlapping plan of strategies that suit the child as learning and education strategies help children improve their critical thinking, solve the problems they direct, make decisions about their lives and develop positive attitudes towards their environment and world The current study aimed to identify the most important strategies for children's learning and education common from the point of view of early childhood teachers and the study used the descriptive curriculum and applied its electronic questionnaire to a sample of "280" early childhood parameters in the city of Harf al-Badin and was one of the most important results of the study :The arithmetic averages of the five axes related to the estimates of the study sample members on the axes of the study about their opinion of the extent to which kindergarten teachers in Harf Al-Batin practice active education strategies ranged between (2.00 and 2.17), a degree sometimes.
