استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في تعزيز بعض نواحي النمو (النمو المعرفي والنمو الجسمي والنمو الاجتماعي) في مراحل الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، في مدينة حفر الباطن، وكذلك معرفة الصعوبات التي تواجهها المعلمات في التعليم الإلكتروني في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة.
ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للتعرف على آراء معلمات الطفولة المبكرة حول تأثير استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني على نمو الأطفال. وكانت أداة الدراسة تتمثل في الاستبانة التي وُزِّعت على (١٦١) معلمة من معلمات الطفولة المبكرة في مدينة حفر الباطن. وتنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة من أهمية مرحلة الطفولة وتأثيرها على حياة وشخصية الفرد مستقبلا وعلى مجتمعه، ومن أهمية تطوير أساليب التعليم واللجوء إلى الأساليب الحديثة فيه لمواكبة التطور والكم المعلوماتي الهائل. وتظهر لنا الدراسة فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني في تنمية نمو الطفل (المعرفي، والجسمي، والاجتماعي)، ومِن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني على نمو الأطفال التي تتمثل في تنمية نموهم المعرفي والجسمي والاجتماعي، وأن استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني يساعد في تحسين العملية التعليمية من خلال توفير الوقت والجهد وتحفيز التركيز والانتباه لدى الطفل، وبعد عن الملل والتلقين في تعليم الأطفال، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة لجوء المعلمات غالبا إلى استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في فترات البرنامج اليومي ولاسيما فترة الحلقة، ويحتوي البحث على مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: حث مؤسسات التعليم في جميع مراحلها إلى دمج التقنية في التعليم بهدف جعل التعليم أكثر متعة وتفاعلية، وتوفير وسائل ومصادر للتعليم الإلكتروني في مختلف بيئات التعلم، وإلحاق المعلمات بدورات وورش تدريبية لتثقيفهن بمختلف أنواع التعليم الإلكتروني والعمل على تطوير الأساليب والطرق بما يواكب هذا الكم الهائل من المعلومات وبما يشبع احتياجات الأطفال لتنشئة جيل متفتح وواعٍ من المتعلمين.

The study aimed to discover the reality of E-learning in enhancing some of the development aspects in the early childhood stages,such as (cognitive, physical and social developments) from Hafr Albatin teacher's point of view also knowing the difficulties that kindergarten teacher's face in E- learning. To achieve these aims The study uses the descriptive approach to know the opinions of kindergarten teacheres about the influence of E-learning on children's development.
The study tool is represented in survey which distributed to (161) teacher of kindergarten's teachers in Hafr Albatin city. The importance of this study is drived from the importance of childhood and its influence on the future life and personality of the individual and his society also from the importance of improving the teaching methods and using its modern techniques to keep up with the developing huge information input.
The study establishes the effectiveness of E-learning in enhancing the cognitive, physical and social development of the child. Some of the initial results that the study attaind are: the importance of E-learning on children's growth which is represented in enhancing their cognitive, physical and social development also using E-learning helps improve the teaching process through saving time and effort, enhancing child's concentration and attention also avoiding boredom and indoctrination in child's learning. Also, The study results show that teachers usually tend to use E-learning in the daily program periods especially learning circle
The research contains a group of recommendations summited in : encouraging all the Educational institutions in its all levels to merge technology into education with the aim of making it more interactive and fun, providing the different learning environments with E-learning resources and aids also assigning teachers to training courses and workshops to educate them about the different types of E-learning, Furthermore working on developing the methods and techniques in which keeps up with the huge amount of input also gratifying children's needs to raise a generation of learners whom are open-minded and cognizant.
