هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى استخدام معلمات الطفولة المبكرة لموقع اليوتيوب في تصميم الوسائل التعليمية، والتعرف على مستوى تطور مهارات معلمات الطفولة في تصميم الوسائل التعليمية. ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات حيث تم تطبيق البحث داخل مدينة حائل على عينة مكونة من (95) معلمة طفولة مبكرة تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : أن مستوى استخدام معلمات الطفولة المبكرة لموقع اليوتيوب في تصميم الوسائل التعليمية جاء بمستوى مرتفع بم توسط حسابي (3.96) وانحراف معياري (0.54) وتراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية للفقرات ما بين (3.66-4.21)، وجاءت الفقرة رقم (3) التي تنص على "أتصفح اليوتيوب للتعرف على أفضل المثيرات التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في تصميم الوسيلة التعليمية (بصرية، سمعية، حركية)."بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.21) وبانحراف معياري (0.74) وبمستوى مرتفع، في حين جاءت الفقرة رقم (14) والتي تنص على "أستف يد من المحتوى الأجنبي في اليوتيوب عند تصميم الوسيلة التعليمية" في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.66) وبانحراف معياري (1.02) وبمستوى متوسط . أن مستوى تطور مهارات معلمات الطفولة المبكرة في تصميم الوسائل التعليمية جاء بمستوى مرتفع بمتوسط حسابي (4.17) وانحراف معياري (0.53) وتراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية للفقرات ما بين (3.72-4.35)، وجاءت الفقرة رقم (16) التي تنص على "أتمكن من اختيار الوسيلة التعليمية المناسبة للدرس. "بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.35) وبانحراف معياري (0.63) وبمستوى مرتفع، في حين جاءت الفقرة رقم (23) والتي تنص على "تعتمد عل ي بعض الزميلات في تصميم وسائلهم التعليمية" في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.72) وبانحراف معياري (0.90) وبمستوى مرتفع.
ولخصت الدراسة بوضع مجموعة من التوصيات منها: تنظيم دورات لمعلمات الطفولة المبكرة في كيفية استخدام اليوتيوب لتطوير مهاراتهم في تصميم الوسائل التعليمية وكذلك العمل على توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في العملية التعليمية.

This study aims to identify the level of use of early childhood teachers for YouTube in the design of educational means, and to identify the level of development of the skills of childhood teachers in the design of educational means. In order to achieve these goals, the study relied on the descriptive curriculum and used the questionnaire tool to collect data. The research was applied within the city of Hail to a sample of 95 early childhood teachers who were chosen in a deliberate manner.
The study found a series of results, the most important of which: the level of use of early childhood teachers for YouTube in the design of educational means was high by an average calculation (3.96) and a standard deviation (0.54). The computational averages of the paragraphs ranged from (3.66-4.21) to paragraph 3, which states: "I browse YouTube to identify the best reliable thrills in designing. (Optical, auditory, kinetic) ". First with an average arithmetic of 4.21 and a standard deviation (0.74) at a high level, while paragraph 14, which states that" I take advantage of foreign content in YouTube when designing the educational medium ", is last with an average arithmetic (3.66) and a standard deviation (1.02) at an average level. The level of development of early childhood teachers' skills in the design of educational means was high at an average arithmetic level (4.17) and a standard deviation (0.53). The arithmetic averages of the paragraphs ranged from 3.72 to 4.35. Paragraph 16 stated that "I shall be able to choose the appropriate educational means for the study. "First with an average calculation of (4.35), a standard deviation (0.63) and a high level, while paragraph 23, which states that" some female colleagues depend on the design of their educational means ", is last with an average calculation (3.72) and a standard deviation (0.90) and at a high level.
The study summarized the development of a set of recommendations, including: the organization of courses for early childhood teachers on how to use YouTube to develop their skills in designing educational tools, as well as the use of modern technology in the educational process.
