هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فعالية الزيارات الإشرافية لمشرفي التوجيه والإرشاد على التطوير المهني للموجهين الطلابيين في مدارس محافظة حفرالباطن، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (93) موجها طلابيا أي ما نسبته (55 %) من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أساليب إشرافية هي (الزيارات المدرسية-المداولات الإشرافية-الزيارات المتبادلة-النشرات التربوية)، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الزيارات الإشرافية لمشرفي التوجيه والإرشاد بمختلف أساليبها ذات فعالية عالية جدا على التطوير المهني للموجهين الطلابيين في مدارس محافظة حفر الباطن، ولم تظهر نتائج الدراسة فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ((α= 0.05 إلى أن التطوير المهني للموجه ين الطلابيين في مدارس محافظة حفر الباطن يختلف باختلاف الأسلوب الإشرافي المستخدم في الزيارة الإشرافية، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث ؛ فإنه يوصي بزيادة أعداد المشرفين التربويين بما يتناسب مع ما يسند إليهم من مدارس، مؤكدا على المشرفين التربويين بمراعاة الفروق والاختلافات بين الموجهين الطلابيين، إضافة إلى أهمية التطوير المهني للمشرفين التربويين أنفسهم، كما أوصى الباحث بحصر الاحتياجات التدريبية للموجهين الطلابيين، وكذلك تقييم البرامج التدريبية وتصميم الحقائب التدريبية على أساسها.

The current study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the supervisory visits of guidance and counseling supervisors on the professional development of student mentors in the schools of Hafr Al-Batin Governorate.
The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (93) student mentors. That means (55%) of the original study population.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (49) items divided into four supervisory techniques : (school visits - supervisory deliberations - reciprocal visits - educational bulletins .)
The results of the study indicated that the supervisory visits of the guidance and counseling supervisors with their various techniques are very effective on the professional development of student mentors in the schools of Hafr Al-Batin Governorate.
The results of the study did not show statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) indicating that the professional development of student mentors in schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate varies according to the supervisory technique used in the supervisory visit.
In light of the findings of the researcher, he recommends increasing the number of educational supervisors in proportion to the schools assigned to them emphasizing that educational supervisors take in to account the differences and variations between student mentors.
In addition to the importance of professional development for educational supervisors themselves, the researcher also recommended to specify the training needs of student mentors, as well as evaluating training programs and designing training packages on their basis.
