استهدفت الدراسة : الكشف عن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وعلاقتها بالإبداع الإداري في
المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للبنين بمدينة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
واستخدمت الدراسة : المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه المسحي والارتباطي، وذلك لملاءمتهما لموضوع الدراسة وأبعادها وأهدافها.
واستخدم الباحث استبانة تم توجيهها لعينة الدراسة من معلمي المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للبنين بمدينة حفر الباطن بلغت (413 معلما).
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن : درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر معلمين المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة حفر الباطن جاءت متوسطة، بينما جاء مستوى الإبداع الإداري بدرجة كبيرة، وهناك علاقة إيجابية قوية ودالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين درجة تطبيق الإدارة
الإلكترونية ومستوى الإبداع الإداري.
وأوصت الدراسة : بضرورة العمل عل توجيه قادة المدارس نحو التوظيف الفاعل للإدارة الإلكترونية وخاصة في مجال التنمية المهنية للمعلمين.
The current era is characterized by a scientific and technological revolution that led to the emergence of many rapid and successive developments in all aspects of life, and the administrative side was not in isolation from these changes as it is the most prominent means to achieve progress and development in all community institutions, and an urgent need to link advanced theories and information with application on the ground. This successive development in discoveries and inventions resulted in a change in the roles and responsibilities of all individuals in society, which added a great responsibility that falls on the shoulders of administrative leaders. This requires them to provide expertise and experiences aimed at developing the organizational climate in the organization.
And through the multiple advantages that appeared in the research of those interested in electronic management, which prompted the researcher to study: "The application of electronic management in secondary schools, and its relationship to creativity among the principals of these schools".
The study Problem:
The study problem crystallized in the following main question: What is the degree of application of electronic management and what is its relationship to administrative creativity in government secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al Batin city from the teachers' point of view? The main question emerges from the following sub-questions: -What is the degree of application of electronic management in the governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al-Batin city from the teachers' point of view?
-Are there statistically significant differences at a significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the study sample regarding the application of electronic management from the teachers' point of view attributable to variables: academic qualification, years of experience, and training courses?
-What is the level of administrative creativity in the governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al-Batin from the teachers' point of view?
-Are there statistically significant differences at a significance level (0.05)
between the average scores of the study sample in the level of administrative creativity from the teachers' point of view due to variables: academic qualification, years of experience, and training courses?
-Is there a statistically significant correlation relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the study sample in the application of electronic management and the level of administrative creativity in the governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al- Batin city from the teachers' point of view?
-What are the practical proposals to activate electronic management in order to contribute to improving administrative creativity in government secondary schools in Hafar Al-Batin city?
The importance of studying
The importance of the study is that it:
-It is hoped that the current study will provide an addition in the theoretical literature on the application of electronic management and administrative creativity in secondary schools and be a starting point for other research and studies.
The results of the current study may contribute to raising awareness among those responsible for secondary education of the importance of electronic management and administrative creativity in developing performance in secondary schools.
-The current study may also benefit educational workers and leaders in increasing the level of administrative creativity in secondary schools through the application of electronic management.
It may benefit researchers as a modern reference in the use of electronic management and the level of administrative creativity in secondary schools.
Objectives of the study
The current study aims to achieve the following:
-Determining the degree of application of electronic management in governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al-Batin city from the teachers' point of view.
-Disclosure of statistical differences between the averages of the study sample about the degree of application of electronic management from the teachers 'point of view, attributable to variables: academic qualification, years of experience, and training courses.
-Determining the level of administrative creativity in the governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al-Batin from the teachers' point of view.
-Disclosure of the statistical differences between the averages of the study sample about the level of administrative creativity from the teachers' point of view due to variables: academic qualification, years of experience, and training courses.
-Determining the quality of the relationship between the degree of application of electronic management and the level of administrative creativity in the governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al- Batin city from the teachers' point of view.
-Access to some practical proposals to activate electronic management in a way that contributes to improving administrative creativity in government secondary schools in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate.
Study Approach
The study used the descriptive approach, in its survey and correlational method, in order to suit the subject, dimensions and objectives of the study. Administration creativity.
The study found the most important results of the study:
-The degree of application of electronic management in governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al-Batin city was moderate, according to the teachers' point of view.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the study sample regarding the application of electronic management from the teachers' point of view, attributable to the academic qualification in favor of teachers with a bachelor's degree.
-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample regarding the application of e-management from the teachers' point of view, attributable to years of experience.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the study sample regarding the application of electronic management from the teachers' point of view, attributable to the training courses.
-The level of administrative creativity in the governmental secondary schools for boys in Hafar Al-Batin came to a large extent from the teachers' point of view.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance
(0.05) between the average scores of the study sample in the level of administrative creativity from the teachers' point of view, attributable to the academic qualification in favor of teachers with a bachelor's degree.
-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample in the level of administrative creativity from the teachers' point of view that can be attributed to years of experience.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample in the level of administrative creativity from the teachers' point of view, attributable to training courses.
-The existence of a strong and statistically significant positive relationship
at the level of significance (0.01) between the degree of application of
electronic management and the level of administrative creativity.
The study recommended that:
-Work to direct school leaders towards effective employment of electronic management, especially in the field of professional development of teachers.
Providing knowledge content about awareness of electronic management and the importance of employing it, and disseminating it to all educational leaders.
-Presenting a clear and acceptable model for applying electronic management and being equal in all areas of its application within the school environment, and circulating it to school leaders.
-Seeking to integrate school leaders into qualifying programs that seek to equip them with electronic management skills, and how to employ them in the school environment.
