تركز الدراسة الحالية على التعرف على أثر التحول الرقمي في مواجهة تداعيات جائحة كوفيد 19، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون الاستبيان من قسمين : القسم الأول اشتمل على البيانات الديموغرافية لأفراد عينة الدراسة، والقسم الثاني تكون من أربعة محاور تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من موظفي مستشفى الخفجي العام وتم استخدام عينة عشوائية بلغت (172) موظف.
أهم نتائج الدراسة :
-توجد علاقة ذات تأثير مرتفع بين واقع كفاءة الأداء الفني كأحد عناصر التحول الرقمي وبين مواجهة تداعيات جائحة كوفيد 19.
-توجد علاقة ذات تأثير مرتفع بين واقع كفاءة الأداء الإداري كأحد عناصر التحول الرقمي وبين مواجهة تداعيات جائحة كوفيد 19.
-توجد علاقة ذات تأثير مرتفع بين معوقات تطبيق التحول الرقمي وبين مواجهة تداعيات جائحة كوفيد 19.
-أن أكثر محددات التحول الرقمي التي تؤثر على مواجهة تداعيات جائحة كوفيد19 كانت على الترتيب في الترتيب الأول كفاءة الأداء الإداري بمعامل ارتباط (0,672) يليها في الترتيب الثاني معوقات تطبيق التحول الرقمي بمعامل ارتباط (0,639) يليها في الترتيب الثالث كفاءة الأداء الفني بمعامل ارتباط (0,566).
أهم توصيات الدراسة :
-وضع رؤية استراتيجية كاملة من أجل تطبيق التحول الرقمي والاستفادة من تجارب سابقة لمنظمات صحية أخرى نجحت في تطبيق التحول الرقمي.
-توفير التدريب الكافي لموظفي المستشفى في مختلف التخصصات الإدارية والفنية على تطبيقات التحول الرقمي.
-استقطاب وتعيين الأفراد ذوي الخبرات بما يساهم في تنمية الموارد البشرية المتخصصة في تطبيق التحول الرقمي.
-توفير الأجهزة والتقنيات اللازمة لتطبيق التحول الرقمي.
-تنظيم وعقد مؤتمرات مرئية بين أطباء ومتخصصين واستشاريين في مواقع بعيدة داخل المملكة وخارجها لتدارس حالات المرضى مما يساعد على تحقيق جودة التشخيص وجودة العلاج، ومن ناحية أخرى يزيد من كفاءة ومهارة الأطباء العاملين بالمستشفى.

The current study focuses on identifying the impact of digital transformation in facing the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study was applied to a sample of employees of Al-Khafji General Hospital, and a random sample of (172) employees was used.
The most important results of the study:
- There is a high-impact relationship between the reality of technical performance efficiency as one of the elements of digital transformation and facing the repercussions of the Covid 19 pandemic.
- There is a high-impact relationship between the reality of administrative performance efficiency as one of the elements of digital transformation and facing the repercussions of the Covid 19 pandemic.
- There is a high-impact relationship between the obstacles to implementing digital transformation and facing the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The most determinants of digital transformation that affect facing the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic were, in the first order, the efficiency of administrative performance with a correlation coefficient (0.672), followed in the second arrangement by obstacles to the application of digital transformation with a correlation coefficient (0.639), followed in the third arrangement by the efficiency of technical performance with a correlation coefficient ( 0,566).
The most important recommendations of the study:
Develop a full strategic vision in order to implement digital transformation and benefit from previous experiences of other health organizations that have succeeded in implementing digital transformation.
Providing adequate training for hospital staff in various administrative and technical disciplines on digital transformation applications.
Attracting and appointing individuals with expertise to contribute to the development of human resources specialized in implementing digital transformation.
Providing the necessary devices and technologies to implement digital transformation.
Organizing and holding video conferences between doctors, specialists and consultants in remote locations inside and outside the Kingdom to study patients' cases, which helps to achieve the quality of diagnosis and treatment, and on the other hand increases the efficiency and skill of the doctors working in the hospital.
