تناول البحث دراسة درجة تأثير جائحة كورونا على سلاسل امداد المعدات الطبية من وجهة نظر العاملين في الخدمات الصحية المساندة، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة على مستشفى الملك خالد العام بحفر الباطن. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن البداية المفاجئة لجائحة كورونا جلبت معها أثار غير مسبوقة لسلاسل الامداد الطبية في جميع أنحاء العالم، حيث فاق الطلب على المستلزمات الطبية العرض بكثير. فمع انتشار الجائحة، بدأ مخزون المعدات الطبية في التناقص سريعا في جميع أنحاء العالم. كما أن لوجستيات توصيل أصبحت أكثر صعوبة في ظل تعطل حركة النقل العالمية والمحلية وفرض الحجر الصحي والتباعد الاجتماعي. ومن هنا هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثار أزمة كوفيد-19 على إدارة سلسلة الإمداد العالمية ولاسيما الإمدادات الطبية. وكذلك التعرف على واقع ومستقبل سلاسل الإمداد الطبية في المنظومة الصحية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اختبار الفرضية الرئيسية التالية يوجد فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 في أراء العينة حول درجة تأثير الجائحة على سلاسل الامداد وفقا للمتغيرات الشخصية والديموغرافية. وقد اعتمد الباحث خلال الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال مراجعة الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع جائحة كورونا وكذلك الدراسات السابقة الخاصة بسلاسل الامداد الطبية. كما استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات خلال الدراسة الميدانية، حيث شملت الاستبانة عدة فقرات توضح درجة تأثير جائحة كورونا على سلاسل الإمدادات الطبية، ليتم تطبيق الاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة ومن ثم استخلاص النتائج وتقديم المقترحات والتوصيات المناسبة على إثرها.

كما توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها أن جائحة كورونا قد أثرت بشكل كبير على انسيابية تدفق الإمدادات الطلبية
وعلى عملية الطلب والعرض، كما أن أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي الاهتمام بوضع استراتيجيات وخطط لتوفير مستويات آمنة من المخزون للإمدادات الطبية في حالات الطوارئ والكوارث يتم وضعها من قبل
الحكومة وإدارات المستشفيات. بالإضافة لأهمية تكثيف جهود القطاعين العام والخاص، وضرورة الحصول على الدعم على المستوى الوطني، بشكل يضمن الاستجابات لحالات الطوارئ إجراءً عمليًا وسريعًا وجيد التنسيق، ويترك إرثا دائما لسلاسل أكثر أمانا وكفاءة لتوريد المعدات الطبية في المملكة.

The research dealt with the study of the degree of impact of the Covid-19 crise on the supply chains of medical equipment from the point of view of workers in the support health services. The study was applied to King Khalid General Hospital in Hafr Al-Batin. The problem of the study was that the sudden onset of the brought with it Covid-19 unprecedented effects for medical supply chains around the world, as the demand for medical supplies far exceeded the supply. With the spread of the Covid-19 crise, stocks of medical equipment are rapidly declining worldwide. Also, the logistics of delivery has become more difficult in light of the disruption of global and local transportation, the imposition of quarantine and social distancing. Hence, this study aimed to identify the effects of the Covid-19 crisis on global supply chain management, especially medical supplies. As well as identifying the reality and future of medical supply chains in the health system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objectives of the research, the following main hypothesis was tested; there are statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 in the opinions of the sample about the degree of impact of the pandemic on supply chains according to personal and demographic variables. During the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive survey methodology by reviewing previous studies related to the subject of Covid-19 crise, as well as previous studies on medical supply chain. The researcher also used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection during the field study. The questionnaire included several paragraphs that explain the degree of impact of the Covid-19 crise on medical supply chains. Appropriate statistical tests are applied, to get results, and then draw conclusions and make appropriate suggestions and recommendations accordingly.

This study came out with several results the most important that is Covid-19 had greatly affected the flow of medical supplies , demand and supply processes, Beside this research had recommended to increase government and hospitals managements their efforts in establishing strategics plans and emergency plans of providing medical supplies and safety stocks from medical supplies through crises and emergency. In addition to the importance of intensifying the work of the public, special sectors, at the national level, in a way that ensures, for emergencies, a practical, quick, well coordinated, lingering and continuing medical supplies.
