هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة، وعلاقتها بمستوى البراعة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة حفر الباطن، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير (موقع المدرسة، الدورات التدريبية في القيادة التربوية، سنوات الخبرة)، وقد اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه المسحي والارتباطي، وطبقت أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، واستخدمت مقياس ليكرت الخماسي (Likert scale)، وبلغت عينتها (249) من معلمات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة حفر الباطن.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، هي :
-أن تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة لدى قائدات مدارس الثانوية في محافظة حفر الباطن، جاءت بدرجة عالية جدا بمتوسط حسابي (4.22)، ومستوى درجة البراعة التنظيمية جاءت بدرجة عالية جدا أيضا بمتوسط حسابي (4.24).
-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة لدى قائدات مدارس الثانوية تعزى إلى موقع المدرسة، والدورات التدريبية، ولا توجد فروق تعزى إلى سنوات الخبرة.
-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى درجة البراعة التنظيمية لدى قائدات المدارس الثانوية تعزى إلى موقع المدرسة، ولا توجد فروق تعزى إلى الدورات التدريبية في القيادة التربوية، وسنوات الخبرة.
-توجد علاقة ارتباط إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الموزعة والبراعة التنظيمية في محافظة حفر الباطن عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة.
وأخيرا خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات، أهمها :
1-تعزيز قائدات المدراس لممارساتهن القيادية لدى المعلمات من خلال مشاركاتهن في الأمور الاستراتيجية الخاصة بطبيعة العمل المدرسي.
2-المحافظة على المسؤولية المشتركة التي تتمتع بها قائدات المدارس الثانوية، والعمل على تعزيزها لدى المعلمات من خلال استراتيجية النمو والتوسع.

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing distributed leadership, and its relationship with the level of organizational ambidexterity in High Schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate.
The study sample was consisted of (249) teachers. The researcher followed the descriptive method (correlation survey). The questionnaire used to collect the study data. The researcher used two questionnaires to measure the degree of practicing distributed leadership, and to measure the degree of the level of organizational ambidexterity in High Schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate. The findings of the study were as the following:
-The degree of practice distributed leadership in High Schools principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate was rated very high the mean was (4.22). In addition, the degree of the level of organizational ambidexterity was rated very high the mean was (4.24).
-There were significant differences in the degree of practice distributed leadership in High Schools principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, the attributed to the school's location, training courses.
There weren't significant differences, attributed to the number of experience years.
-There were significant differences in the degree of the level of organizational ambidexterity in High Schools in Hafr Al-Batin
Governorate, attributed to the school's location. There weren't significant differences, attributed to the training courses, and the number of experience years.
-There was a positive correlation relationship of statistically significance at the level (α≤0.05) between in the degree of practice distributed leadership with the degree of the level of organizational ambidexterity in High Schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate.
Study Recommendations In light of the results, the researcher recommends:
-Involve female teachers and all secondary school employees in the Hafr Al-Batin Governorate in developing the vision, mission, and objectives of the schools.
-Participation in strategic topics relating to the nature of schoolwork by school leaders to improve their teachers' leadership practices.
