هدفت الدراسة : إلى التعرف على واقع أداء مديرات المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة حفر الباطن في ضوء مدخل القيادة الابداعية، والمعوقات التي تحد من تطوير أداء المديرات ومعالجة الأسباب في ضوء نظرية القيادة الإبداعية، ليتم التوصل إلى تقديم مقترحات تسهم في تطويره وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة حفر الباطن وعددهن (1682) معلمة، ولمعرفة ذلك قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس واقع الأداء والتعرف على أبرز المعوقات واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج (المسحي).

جاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة : بأن استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول واقع ممارسة الإبداع الإداري في المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة حفر الباطن لدى معلمات المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة حفر الباطن جاءت بدرجة تشير إلى موافق بمتوسط حسابي (3.76)، فمن خلال النتائج يتضح أن هناك تجانس في موافقة أفراد الدراسة حول محور واقع ممارسة الإبداع الإداري في المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة حفر الباطن لدى معلمات المدارس الابتدائية، تراوحت متوسطات موافقتهم على التحديات ما بين (4.05 إلى 3.62) وهي متوسطات تقع في الفئة الرابعة من فئات المقياس الخماسي والتي تشيران إلى (موافق) على أداة الدراسة مما يوضح التجانس في موافقة أفراد الدراسة حول محور واقع ممارسة الإبداع الإداري.

من أهم التوصيات : العمل على كل ما يعزز من الإبداع الإداري لدى معلمات المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة حفر الباطن، توفير مناخ تعليمي اجتماعي يشجع على تنمية القدرات الابداعية وتطوير برامج خاصة لإعداد المعلمين المبدعين والاستمرار في تدريبهم، والبحث في العوامل التي تحد من الإبداع الإداري لدى معلمات المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة حفر الباطن ومعالجتها.

The aim of the study was to identify the reality of the performance of the primary school principals in the province of Hafr al-Batin in light of the entrance of creative leadership, and the obstacles that limit the development of the performance of female principals in the province of Hafr al-Batin, and the obstacles that limit the development of the performance of female principals and address the causes in the light of the theory of creative leadership, to reach proposals that contribute to its development and may be the study community of all primary school teachers in the province of Hafr Al Batin and their number (1682) teachers, and to find out that the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the reality of performance and identify the most prominent disabilities, and the researcher used the curriculum (survey); The most important results of the study, that the responses of the study members about the reality of the practice of administrative creativity in primary schools in the province of Hafr al-Batin in the province of Hafr al-Batin came to a degree indicating approval with an average calculation (3.76), through the results it is clear that there is homogeneity in the approval of the study members on the axis of the reality of the practice of administrative creativity in primary schools in the province of Hafr al-Batin among primary school teachers Their approval averages for challenges ranged from (4.05 to 3.62), which are in the fourth category of the five-tier scale, which indicate (OK) the study tool, which demonstrates the homogeneity in the approval of the study members on the focus of the reality of the practice of administrative creativity, and that one of the most important recommendations is to work on all that enhances the administrative creativity of primary school teachers in the province of Hafr al-Batin, providing a social learning environment that encourages the development of creative abilities and the development of special programs to prepare special programs for the preparation of special programs. Creative teachers and continue to train them, research and address the factors that limit the administrative creativity of primary school teachers in The Haft Al-Batin province.
